100wc week#12

Winter is here Sitting on the edge on my bed snacking on my snacking on my sandwich and playing on my phone. I realized I had been sitting there for 2 hours straight thats why my phone battery died. I glanced at the window, I saw a beautiful gleaming white blanket of snow covering my entire backyard. I hurried down stairs and yanked on my snow gear. I ran out the door as I was pulling on my toque.  Feeling energetic I jumped into the gorgeous fluffy snow playing with joy, happy that I had decided to get off my phone.

Redbird Park "Julia come here, look at this" I said draging Julia toward a frightning statue in a cloak as black as the night sky. "What is that?" Julia asked me. "I am not sure." I replied. "It looks like something someone would wear on Halloween." Julia said. I felt a cool breeze crawl up my spine "Well it is getting pretty crisp out here, I said to Julia lets go home. All night all I could think about was that statue. Suddenly I was back at the park, the statue was moving and there I was standing right next to it.

Fright Night   We all gasped at what we saw in front of us, we had just entered fright night. First on our list was to visit the haunted house. I didn't open my eyes the whole time. I felt a flame swimming up toward my mouth I was about to hurl but I kept it in because I was wearing my favorite white blouse and wanted to keep it white. As we walked in a huddle toward the exit, I ran out and celebrated with joy jumping up and down, I made it out alive. I am certainly not coming back tomorrow.
